Throughout the summer, I used the Blueberry trail very often. This trail is very well known and is used by many hikers and mountain bikers. Everyone who uses this trail knows the little freeride shore style off-shoot towards the end of the trail. But not very many people know that is just the end. There IS more to this trail.
So I see what looks like a trail in the upward direction of the main blueberry trail. i bushwhack up to it and find myself in a nice singletrack. I hiked up to the very beginning of this trail and there seems to be no trailhead and no actual beginning. I need to explore way more to find out a real entry.

This trail should be ridden by expert riders only. This trail is extreme level and it's entirely made up of unbelievable wooden ladder brigdes, skinnies, drops, and TONS of other man made stunts. My favorite stunt is the wooden plank A-frame over a tree branch to rock-face to man made drop.It wasn't made by worca, but everytime I ride this trail, it seems to be maintained. It starts out steep and very technical and goes into the woods and becomes a full on stunts-only trail. If you like shore, you'll like this! It everntually crosses the main hiking trail and goes back into the little off-shoot that I was talking about.

Long story short, Does anyone know anything about this trail? As the snow melts, I'll take pictures and give out directions and all that info. I was talking to some long'time home owner by the main trail and he said "the kids" have been working on a mountain bike trail for years in the woods. So there it is. The Blueberry hill secret double black diamond trail.

I have heard of this trail, but didn't get around to riding it last year. Can't wait to check it out in the spring.

secret trails are secret for a reason! shouldn't be postin' directions to 'em online! sorry to be a hardass...I just think some things are best left for people to discover on there own....last thing you need is people who can't handle them seeking them out cause they sound cool....

Nothing really stays secret for very long, especially in Whistler, if you tell one person you have told seven. Remember North Secret Trail? or Secret trail for that matter, now it is called comfortably numb... I would also like to think that riders who can't ride something would have the sense to walk around if it is out of there ability level.
