Air or spring forks for all mountain?

I tested out the Rockshox Lyric fork last fall and was very impressed with it. Since it was really the first time I had run a air fork it was a bit of a change compared to riding a coil fork. I didn't really feel like it was progressive enough for my size and riding style. Then again I could have been too use to riding a coil & oil. What do you prefer?

I prefer street/dirt jump for air shoks but use coil for downhill

yeah i agree with jhile, I also used that when I was in mallorca (http://www.mallorcaspain.net/).
