Danny MacAskill liaises with a new partner: From now on, the US bicycle accessory manufacturer Lezyne equips Danny with all necessary tools to keep his bikes in shape. The trials biker and YouTube superstar is not only famous for his unbelievable performances full of style and individualism within the mountain bike scene - but he is also an inspiration for hundreds of thousands of people worldwide. His unbelievable riding challenges Danny's physics as well as his equipment which has to suffer a high level of attrition. As everybody knows, that means a lot of puttering on the bikes. Especially because of the extreme degree of exposure on his bike, it is absolutely important for the former bike mechanic to have reliable and robust tools at his disposal.
A partnership with premium bicycle accessory manufacturer Lezyne was actually a self-evident cooperation: "I was working on my bike with just some nasty multi-tools my friend gave me. Because of my formation as bike mechanic I was used to nicer tools and I remembered a Lezyne multi tool, which was top. I checked out some other Lezyne products on the net and thought, it would be cool to approach that company. I liked their brand image - and more important - knew they made good stuff. So we got in touch and it's great that we've managed to work together", comments Danny on the deal with Lezyne.
The like reports Ulrike Schlifske from Lezyne (European Sales & Marketing Manager): "When Lezyne was first approached by Danny, his reputation preceded him. We at Lezyne were very impressed by his superhero skills, his accolades and his youtube success. Those reasons alone would be enough for any company to want their products to be associated with Danny.
